2024 Momtazi Pinot Noir

The Momtazi Vineyard holds a special place in our hearts. We are honored each year to work with this esteemed 240 acre site, farmed biodynamically by Moe Momtazi. This vineyard produces unique and singular Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley.

We have fallen in love with the wines we make from a small 1 acre section planted in the 1990’s to Pommard and 667 clone Pinot Noir. Picked on October 7th, this wine was fermented 100% whole cluster and aged for 18 months in mostly neutral French oak.

This wine jumps out of the glass with beautiful dark fruit aromatics, signature Momtazi savory spices, black tea, and perfectly ripe summer blackberries. The Momtazi vineyard produces wines with dimension and detail that will age for many years.
