Terms of Use

These terms apply when you visit or use wildsoundwine.com (the “site”), which is operated by Wildsound Wine (“we,” “us”), a winery in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this site and to buy wine from us. Alcohol deliveries generally require an adult 21 or older to be present to sign. We and our ordering partner may verify your age and may cancel any order if we cannot.

Orders and shipping

Wine purchases are completed through Vinoshipper, our ordering and shipping partner, and are also subject to Vinoshipper’s terms. We can ship only to places where the law allows. We may cancel or refuse any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled. Prices, vintages and availability may change at any time, and some wines are available in limited quantities.

Product information

We try to describe our wines accurately, but tasting notes, images and other details are provided for general information and may differ from the wine in your glass.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, labels and designs on this site belong to Wildsound Wine or its licensors. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify or use our content for any other purpose without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with how it works, or attempt to access parts of it that are not meant for you.

Links to other sites

The site links to other sites, including Instagram (@wildsoundwine) and Vinoshipper. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limits

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Accessibility Statement

Wildsound Wine is committed to making wildsoundwine.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about and buy our wines.

Our commitment

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a guide, and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as they apply to our website.

What we do

  • Use clear headings, readable text and strong color contrast.
  • Provide text descriptions (alt text) for our images.
  • Design our pages to work on phones, tablets and computers, and to be usable with a keyboard.
  • Build on Squarespace, a platform with built-in accessibility features, and review our pages when we make changes.

Limitations

We are always working to improve, and some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible. Orders are completed through Vinoshipper, a third-party service. We do not control the design of its cart and checkout, but we encourage them to follow accessibility standards.
